Effective Date: September 30, 2025

1. Digital Nature of Service VR-Card provides digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products. Due to the nature of digital content, once a premium plan is activated or a service is rendered, the value is consumed immediately.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Standard Policy: Generally, payments for premium subscriptions are non-refundable.
• Technical Errors: Refunds may be granted if a technical error on our part prevents you from accessing paid features, provided you notify us within 7 days of the transaction.
• Double Billing: In the event of a duplicate charge due to a system error, a full refund for the duplicate will be processed immediately upon verification.

3. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining period.
